freshness on our cigars. All merchandise shipped from our warehouse leaves in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that
you should doubt the quality of an item, you must notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise to obtain
an exchange authorization number. If it is a certain number of cigars that are damaged, please contact us and we will replace
those for you.
Once you have obtained an authorization number, you should mark it clearly on the package next to
the address label. We do not accept returns if a box or bundle has been opened and/or a customer does not like the cigar.
If you are trying out a cigar, we encourage customers to please try a sample of the cigar first before buying the whole box.
